Open Volunteer Roles
Welcome & Registration
Greet arriving family members, distribute name tags, registration packets, and reunion merchandise at the check-in table.
Setup & Decorations
Help transform the venue with reunion decorations, table settings, signage, and floral arrangements before guests arrive.
Children's Activities
Supervise and lead fun activities for the little ones throughout the weekend. Great for those who love working with kids!
Food & Hospitality
Assist with meal setup, serving, and cleanup during the Friday reception, Saturday banquet, and Sunday brunch.
Photography & Media
Capture candid moments, group photos, and special events throughout the weekend for our family archive and gallery.
Teardown & Cleanup
Help break down decorations, pack supplies, and restore the venue after the Sunday farewell brunch.
