All reunion events take place at the Lynchburg Grand Hotel in the heart of downtown Lynchburg. The hotel offers comfortable rooms, a grand ballroom for Saturday's banquet, and easy access to the city's historic sites.

Arrival & Check-In
Reunion Check-In
Reunion check-in opens Friday, July 2 at 3:00 PM in the hotel lobby. Pick up your name badge, welcome packet, and reunion t-shirt.
Hotel Check-In
Standard hotel check-in is 3:00 PM. If you arrive early, the hotel will hold your luggage while you join the Meet & Greet.
Parking
The Lynchburg Grand Hotel offers on-site parking. Additional public parking is available in the Main Street garage one block away.
Bus Tour Reservation
The Saturday Historical Lynchburg Bus Tour requires a reservation. Sign up at the reunion check-in table on Friday evening.
Getting to Lynchburg
By Car
Lynchburg is easily accessible via US-29 and US-460. From Richmond, take US-60 W (~2 hrs). From Washington D.C., take I-66 W to US-29 S (~3.5 hrs). From Charlotte, take I-85 N to US-29 N (~3 hrs).
By Air
Lynchburg Regional Airport (LYH) is 5 miles from the hotel and offers daily connections through Charlotte (CLT). Roanoke Regional (ROA) is 50 miles away with more flight options.
By Train
Amtrak's Crescent line stops at Lynchburg Station (LYH) with service from New York, Washington D.C., and New Orleans. The station is 1 mile from the hotel.
